About the Role:

Headquartered in New Zealand and operating across Asia Pacific, North America and EMEA we are experiencing sustained rapid growth and demand for our innovative products. We now require a Receptionist/Administrator who can support the Office Manager in enabling the smooth functioning of our Reception area ensuring that our business visitors receive a warm, friendly and professional encounter and that all enquiries are dealt with quickly and effectively. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming all visitors to our offices and ensuring their hosts are informed
  • Responsible for dealing with all telephone enquiries and delivering messages
  • Responsible for assistance with recruitment (phone screens and interview booking)
  • Managing the effective utilization of meeting rooms
  • Support the office manager in overseeing a clean office environment
  • Assist in administering business and staff meetings/functions
  • Providing administrative support to the wider business
  • Organise catering for events hosted internally such as Board and client meetings

About You:

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate two years plus experience of receptionist or administration experience. Excellent communication and people skills are essential as is a positive attitude, reliability and a flexible outlook. Strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge would be useful..

  • Experience: Experience in Receptionist and Administrative duties.
  • Experience in basic financial would be advantageous.
  • Good Knowledge of Office Application
  • Ability to manage workloads to ensure all deadline are met and completed to agreed standards
  • Have excellent people skills with the ability to develop effective relationship both internally and externally
  • Have knowledge and or interest in recruitment and recruitment processes
