As an Assistant Accountant, you’ll manage the Corporate Credit Card Programme, assist the Accounts Receivable and Cash Management functions and respond to enquiries from internal/external customers and banks, in accordance with sound governance practices and company policies.
You’ll be driven and seize opportunties to make efficiencies and a real difference, as well as holding strong relationships within your team, the wider finance team along with Commercial Managers, Commercial Analysts, Sales and IT.
You'll have exposure to, and have knowledge of general accounting practices and principles. You'll have an inquiring mind, desire to learn, be quick on the uptake and a true-team player, fitting right in with the Orion Health finance family.
You maintain positive relationships, work well within a team but enjoy day to day autonomy and your strengths are your attention for detail and ability to work to deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you'll have a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related subject and 3 years' experience in accounting fields, matched with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
