About the Role:
We have a newly created role in our Manila office for a Service Operations Manager. Leading our Manila based Operations Team you will manage multiple teams encompassing a team of Licensing Administrators and Travel Coordinators. In addition to team management, this senior position will be responsible for providing expertise on Licensing Administration, whilst training, upskilling and driving efficiency and excellent customer experience throughout the teams.
You will have a wealth of licensing administration knowledge and will have experience managing a team. We are looking for a team member who is smart, passionate and knows about software and operations licensing requirements.
To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a corporate licensing administration role with strong team leadership experience. You will be the go to person for escalations and be confident and professional with you approach to all things.
**You must be able to work flexible hours, which may sometimes be outside of normal business hours.
You will have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
