We have an opening for an EMEA People Business Partner to deliver business success, drive operational excellence, culture change and people development - all within a collaborative, innovative environment. As a key part of our Global People team, you will take charge in driving our People Operations Plan throughout EMEA and lead and develop an enthusiastic team of 2 direct reports.


This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Partner who can act as a champion and advocate of change for both People and the wider business.


About You:


You will demonstrate yourself as an experienced Business Partner with a strong operational, generalist and recruitment background. You will be passionate about working as One Team, developing our People function and team, have a flexible, strategic mind-set and be prepared to roll your sleeves up to support a complex global matrix business.


You will be highly organised, impactful, pragmatic, independent with a great sense of humour!


As a starter for success, you will bring the following experience to the team:

  • Leading, engaging and influencing senior management teams in complex global multi matrixed organisations
  • Experience as a solution led business partner who has a great understanding of people, business perspectives and supporting people orientated decisions
  • Strong recruitment skills at all levels in organisations
  • Strong ER experience preferably with employee law experience in EMEA
  • Experiences designing, implementing and maintaining People processes, policies and training
  • Good standard of education, CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • A career forged in software and IT industry is highly desirable
  • A coaching qualification is highly desirable
