About the role

Our Bangkok office is looking to bring on board a Senior Support Analyst to support our customers across South East Asia. Be part of our exceptional, fresh thinking and friendly Bangkok team.

As a Support Analyst you will:

  • Be absolutely hands on - deal with real clients using products in the real world.
  • Be part of a living, breathing team that thinks and resolves issues as one.
  • Be a detective - sniff the truth of the issue out from client testimonies and uncover evidence to piece together the problem!
  • Be able to develop and implement best practices to meet business objectives.
  • Be able to demonstrate a depth and breadth of knowledge/skills in own area of expertise.

We are looking for people who thrive on solving problems, trouble shooting and have a strong customer focus. As well as this you’ll also have knowledge and working experience with SQL technologies, (MS SQL Server and or Oracle), Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript etc.), Networking, a working knowledge of server operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows).

Knowledge of Java programming, and / or onsite software implementation experience, HL7 or XML would be a bonus.

About You

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent degree
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience in on-site or remote application consulting, administration or support
  • Excellent SQL Skills
  • Strong Networking experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The  ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
